At nVent, we value all dimensions of diversity, and work to make sure all voices are heard, respected and represented. In 2020, we set a goal to increase global representation of women in management by 20% by 2025. To help us make progress on this goal, we looked for partners who could help us reach innovative women leaders. Last year we began a partnership with Fairygodboss, the largest online career community for women. We quickly saw positive results and are excited to continue the partnership for a second year!

Members of Fairygodboss will also learn about some of the significant recognitions our representation efforts have earned. For two years consecutively, we have been named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) and awarded “Gender Balanced” status from 50/50 Women on Boards™ because 50% of our Board of Directors positions are held by women.
